Apprenticeships in England

Covering almost every employment sector, apprenticeships draw on students practical skills and enable them to learn as they earn. Anyone that resides in England is over sixteen years of age and not in full time employment can apply for an apprenticeship.

Employers
For employers, an apprentice will benefit any company, with payment schemes that suit almost any budget, you can gain an enthusiastic worker that is fresh dynamic and excited to be part of the brand. Many employers are so happy with the employee the apprentice grows into that they offer them full time employment on completion of the training, ensuring they have a person in their workforce that understands their corporation and is trained in all professional aspects that the business undertakes.
Taking on an apprentice is incredible value for money, not only do you receive a willing worker that is enthusiastic about learning how the company operates, you also receive all of the benefits of employing someone direct. As the apprentice learns and grows you will soon realise that they have become an invaluable member that you are proud to promote as part of your marketing campaign.
