Amenity Horticulture Apprenticeships
 |
Horticulture is now very fashionable, no longer is it just for Grandparents with plenty of time on their hands, young, successful people are now tuning into the benefits of gardening. |
Once considered boring, even celebrities such as Kate Winslet and Keira Knightley now spend oodles of time in their gardens and employ garden designers to create the perfect setting for parties on those long summer nights.
It’s no surprise then, that the horticulture Industry in the UK employs over 37,000 of us whilst contributing over 1.2 billion a year to the economy. The best news is, however, that as our population rises and houses sprout up all over, owning a perfectly tended garden gives you a rung up the social ladder and will now never go out of fashion again.
